Anyone with a DTB-C license or comparable qualification can take part in FASZIO® advanced training courses. An exception is made for training courses that require good knowledge of a specific form of movement (see the relevant note under the training title). All FASZIO® training courses provide an insight into the world of fascia in a topic-specific context. This can be used as an introduction to fascia-oriented training or to deepen existing knowledge.

Let go! In response to perceived negative stress, the fascial network contracts, restricting freedom of movement and narrowing the pathways for nutrients and the immune system. Educational background information and the use of simple choreography to motivating music change the way you deal with stressors and your mindset. This training course presents the spectacular knowledge from the new book of concentrated fascia skills by Robert Schleip and the successful authors and founders of FASZIO® Heike Oellerich and Miriam Wessels. The genetics of our connective tissue determine which strengths and weak points we have and which forms of training and complaints we are predestined for. This results in different training requirements, but not necessarily different exercises. This is because type-specific requirements arise even with the same exercise intensity. A self-test is used to assess where you are between hypo- and hypermobility and exercises adapted to this help you to creatively design a class for elves AND Vikings. This form of fascia training addresses individual needs in a more targeted way than ever before, raises previously untapped potential and guarantees a high quality of life at any age.

Back to the roots of functional movement diversity and emotional expression. So-called primal movements such as running, jumping, climbing, lifting, throwing, pulling, pushing, hitting and the like shape a healthy and resilient body. As children enter school age, sitting becomes increasingly predominant and quality time in the playground takes a back seat. As a result, we neglect our biomechanics and health across the generations. This course teaches how teachers and educators can skillfully bring evolutionary diversity, intrinsic motivation and sustainable development of motor and cognitive skills into daycare and elementary school. Based on an easy-to-understand theoretical knowledge of fascia and its developmental relevance, the practical part includes an application of the 7 movement qualities and 5 force transmission pathways. We use a movement cube, music and existing material. With lots of fun movement, of course!
