YogaDancing combines yoga with the joy of dancing. You can follow your own individual movement to multicultural music. Both the guided steps and the free dance help you to get in touch with yourself. Both enable a deep awareness of oneself through the experience of the body. Inner openness creates the strength to follow one’s own impulses and the resulting creativity. In this way, movement can easily emerge from within.
YogaDancing combines all aspects of yoga with those of dance, making it a vitalizing form of movement with heart and soul. The interplay of uprightness, suppleness, elasticity and stretching ability causes the flow of energy throughout the entire organism. This enables people to better perceive, let go and regenerate. In YogaDancing, structured, guided sequences alternate with phases of free movement. The choice of music inspires you to dance out of your comfort zone and rediscover long-hidden movements. Integrated yoga flows bring mobility to the body and allow all structures to vibrate freely. After a relaxation, YogaDancing concludes with a movement meditation called “mantra moves”.
Divided into 5 modules, the training first covers the basics of the unique YogaDancing concept and then enables you to develop your own teaching practice. After successfully completing all modules (1-5), certified yoga teachers are authorized to teach YogaDancing and receive a corresponding certificate. All other participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
