See the body from the FASZIO® perspective: 7 + 5 = 1

FASZIO® uses innovative, exciting and rich movements to create a workout around the fascial network that optimally supports and promotes its functions. For this purpose, 7 movement strategies and 5 force-transmitting pathways are used to maintain the health of our 1 fascia. Because a well-functioning structural network increases the quality of life, keeps body and mind healthy, gives freedom of movement and is fun!

According to our motto “Know what you do, then you can do what you want!”, extensive basic fascial knowledge is taught in a generally understandable way during the training. Understanding the structure-connecting system requires a rethinking and engagement with the unfamiliar.
A defining element of the movement concept are the 5 pathways according to FASZIO®. They are the power transmission pathways in the body and form the basis for liberated joint amplitude and optimal body-wide load compensation.
The 7 FASZIO® strategies lead us back to the roots of functional movement diversity and emotional expression. Through the use of these diverse movement qualities, an efficient, economical and health-preserving body dynamic is developed, in which all information, exchange and transmission channels are used in the best possible way. The anatomical-functional orientation of the body and its individual constitution and tissue genetics are discussed.
Based on these theoretical and practical findings, we provide many ideas for the use of fascial training in courses and coaching. FASZIO® can be practiced as an independent course format or integrated as a component into well-known forms of movement and sports and enriches everyday life permanently.
We see the brand as quality assurance. It is important to us to train instructors who receive a profound, responsible and up-to-date knowledge in theory and practice so that they can independently align their lessons fascinally. That’s why there is supervision at the end of the training. Successful completion of the full training (parts 1 and 2) entitles the holder to certified FASZIO® as a fitness course format.

Part 1 (20 units)

  • Extensive basic knowledge of 1 fascia

  • Practice Sample lessons

Part 2 (30 units)

  • Deepening of the fascial connections
  • Ideas for the use of fascial training in sports and everyday life
  • Outdoor unit for creative implementation in a natural environment
  • Action & Release with the FASZIO® Balls
  • Practice Sample lessons
  • Independent exercise development in small groups
  • Supervision for professional and independent implementation
