We have been working for many years to get to the bottom of the information circulating in the movement sector. According to the motto “If you know what you’re doing, you can do what you want”. This is important to us personally and is the basis of our work as trainers and authors.
We have decades of experience as trainers in the field of health sports and exercise, work as instructors in the further education of trainers and therapists, including as DTB trainers, and, in addition to FASZIO® new movement concepts such as Abdominal-yoga, Mama fit – with Baby!, Simple but ingenious!, YogaDancing, ASANADANCE and mantra moves.
As freelance authors, we have been writing books and articles for almost 20 years, particularly on health and exercise topics such as fascia, yoga, pelvic floor training, menopause and breast cancer. With a holistic view, thorough research and creative exercises, we write in a way that everyone can understand and relate to everyday life.
We are passionate about holistic forms of movement in general and fascia in particular. We find it particularly exciting that research into the fascial network is still in its infancy. This harbors a great spirit of discovery. Currently, there are already proven facts and (as yet) unproven assumptions. However, understanding fascial structures already requires a rethink of the familiar and an acceptance of the unfamiliar. Many researchers from different disciplines are currently working on fasciae. What unites them all is not knowledge, but the desire to know! It’s worth keeping at it!
