The natural grip: fascia massage

Training (2 x 40 units) or intensive course (25 units) for those interested with massage experience

FASZIO® massage is an effective intervention method to help the body achieve healthy, supple mobility. Modern findings on the role of fascia and the introduction to the fascial pathway system form the theoretical background for this different type of massage.

Fascial grip techniques are taught with the aim of stimulating the metabolism, reducing existing stress and releasing adhesions and tension. This allows the causes of pain and restricted movement to be counteracted from a different therapeutic perspective.

The different grip variations are practiced alternately with each other, incorporate the course of the pathways and increase the flexibility of the structures. This trains the sensomotor skills of your own hands and promotes sensitivity to different types of tissue.

FASZIO® Massage is the natural approach to general salutogenesis and for use in a therapeutic context.

Goals of fascia massage:

  • Recognizing and resolving restrictions in the fascial network (blockages, trauma, scars, etc.)
  • Increased mobility through greater fluidity and increased energy potential
  • Regeneration of fascial tissue, regulation of metabolism and activation of the immune system
  • Preventive treatment as salutogenesis and injury prophylaxis
