Fascia Yoga according to the FASZIO® Method – Part 2 (30 units)
Training for yoga teachers and yoga practitioners (hybrid)
Modernity meets tradition: yoga is a system that has been tried and tested for centuries and is constantly undergoing reflection and development. FASZIO® Yoga breaks new ground by combining well-known asanas and pranayama with current knowledge about fascia. Theoretical knowledge is conveyed in a generally understandable way, the 7 strategies of holistic fascia training are presented and a look is taken at the concept of the 5 pathways. The FASZIO® movement concept includes 7 strategies that make you supple and flexible as well as enabling speed and stability. Participants will be given suggestions to further develop their own understanding of movement with new inspiration and ideas on how to make yoga classes and everyday life more fascial. With the 7 strategies and 5 pathways, fascial yoga according to FASZIO® therefore addresses the requirements and needs of today’s participants and in particular their basic fascial type in a way that transcends tradition.
This course explains fascial connections. The anatomical and functional alignment of the body in general and its requirements in particular are discussed. The theoretical knowledge is internalized through the high practical component in such a way that exercises can be competently implemented in your own fascia-oriented classes. Fascia yoga according to the FASZIO® method addresses all aspects of a healthy and holistic lifestyle.
The training concludes with supervision to ensure that the 7 strategies and 5 pathways according to FASZIO® have been understood and can be applied in the yoga practice.
Certified yoga teachers are authorized to teach FASZIO® Yoga after successfully completing both parts and receive a corresponding certificate. All other participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
